Updates in the launch build of Throne and Liberty
Those who participated in the open beta will find below a list of the most important changes that will be released with early access and at launch and that differ from your last visit to Solisium.
New Content
- Ability specialization
- A system for more variety in combat and builds. The system includes over 250 specializations for all abilities and allows for in-depth customization to add upgrades or even completely change the ability.
- Lifestyle content
- Fishing
- Use a fishing rod and bait near a body of water. Caught fish can be used in recipes needed for the lifestyle content “cooking”. Fishing also offers a small chance for bags with greater rewards.
- Fishing
- Cooking
- Players can use cooking ingredients obtained through hunting, gathering, and fishing, or buy from NPCs, to prepare food with special effects. Additionally, players have the option to cook feasts that grant buffs to the entire group.
- Amitoi expeditions
- Players can now send their Amitoi on expeditions to collect various items useful for player growth and the new cooking system. By collecting different Amitoi, the Amitoi sent on each expedition can be individually customized, with certain Amitoi increasing the chances of rewards in various expeditions.
- Weekly missions
- Each week, players will have a series of missions with different content available. The rewards for completed missions can be checked at the beginning of the following week, and players can select a reward from the available options.
- Dynamic event: Co-op
- In this new version of dynamic events, players must work together to achieve a common goal and thus reach the next phase of the event. When all phases are completed, a boss is summoned that all players must defeat.
- 3vs3 arena
- A new 3vs3 PvP arena mode with instances has been added. Players can enter this through the “solo queue” or “group queue”. To wait in the group queue, players must be in a group of 3 people.
Leveling, Progress, and Equipment
- For players who complete all the content of a chapter of the adventure codex before reaching the recommended level for the next chapter, additional guidance on complementary content will be provided to help them further increase their character level. This is intended to encourage players to complete contracts, continue working on the exploration codex, or participate in co-op dungeons.
- The timing for various quests has been adjusted to better distribute the timing of system introductions – this is a response to player feedback that too many systems were introduced too early.
- The rhythm of the milestone system has been adjusted to find an appropriate balance for hardcore as well as casual players.
- In the open beta, leveling was accelerated to give players more time to test endgame content. These changes have been reverted to ensure that the pace of leveling and power progression occurs at the intended rhythm at launch.
- The minimum level for interactions with the auction house has been updated from level 15 to level 40.

- Ability specialization is unlocked at level 15 and you receive points up to level 50.
- During the integration of ability specialization, many abilities have been adjusted to improve the balance of all weapons.
- Balance of the dagger: In response to player feedback, we have taken special measures to make the dagger weapon more balanced. The effect of the passive ability “Tooth of Destruction” has been changed from an increase in critical hit chance to a reduction in melee, ranged, and magical defense of the target.
- New abilities
- Two-handed
- Devastating Strike: Jump in the target area and deal damage to all targets within 3m with a chance to stun.
- Sword
- Witty Strike: Deals damage to up to 3 targets in a 120-degree angle and simultaneously restores mana.
- Dagger
- The ability “Predator Claw” has been removed.
- Splitting Moonlight replaces Predator Claw. Splitting Moonlight charges at a distance of up to 3m and attacks all targets in the vicinity. There is a chance of quadruple damage when triggering the secondary weapon.
- Longbow
- The tactic “Binding Charge” has been removed.
- Blessing of the Earth: A passive ability that increases health regeneration and boosts the effectiveness of abilities that provide continuous health regeneration.
- Healing Touch: Continuously restores health of an allied target for 6 seconds, can be stacked up to 3 times.

- Noble Purification Stones have been added, allowing players to remove CC effects. The stones are not consumed upon use and have a cooldown of 2 minutes.
- A CC immunity system has been added for PvP. When applying CC, a gauge fills while CC remains active. The gauge empties when CC is not active. Different types of CC fill the gauge to varying degrees. When the gauge is completely filled, a buffer of 1.5 seconds starts, and when this ends, the player is immune to CC for 5 seconds. If you are under the effect of CC when immunity starts, CC is deleted. Along with the CC display, we have also reduced the time needed to trigger immunity.
Player Character Control and Camera
- The available settings that give you more control over your character have been improved.
- Less clumsiness of the character while moving.
- A new setting has been added. In response to player feedback, you can now enable or disable “Smooth Camera Motion” (disabled by default).
- A larger selection of options for camera rotation speed has been added to the settings.
- The healer settings now have 3 instead of 2 options for Auto Move and Auto Use:
- 1 – Auto Move within range to use supportive abilities.
- 2 – Auto use supportive abilities on yourself when no target is present.
- 3 – Apply supportive abilities to yourself when the target is out of range.
- This gives healers more control over when supportive abilities are cast on or not on themselves. Number 3 is only available when Number 1 is set to “FALSE.”
- In response to player feedback, some default settings have been changed to cater to the typical playstyle of a broader audience. This will ensure a more natural combat experience by default.
PvP Balance and Fairness
- A performance scaling has been introduced in lower-level zones so that newer players can better experience dynamic events in the given areas.
Miscellaneous
