A very understandable reason cited by the community is that Monster Hunter Wilds probably should not steal the spotlight from the other announcements. What has Capcom announced? Instead of bringing new content for fans of Monster Hunter Wilds, Capcom introduced their new games Onimusha and a sequel to Ōkami. These relatively smaller brands, according to the community, would have taken a backseat to new information about Monster Hunter Wilds.
