In World of Warcraft, strong loot is currently available for relatively little effort. A heroic raid item is within reach.
Strong items are important in World of Warcraft – after all, that is the primary progression of your character. Even if you have no ambitions to visit the heroic raid Palace of the Nerub-ar, you can still loot a bit from it. The weekly quest requires you to complete fairly simple tasks and still rewards you with top-notch loot.
What is this quest? You can accept the quest in the capital Dornogal at the mission table. It starts with Archivist Frithrun. The quest Emissary of War
requires you to complete 4 dungeons that are at least on the “Heroic” difficulty. Since heroic dungeons can also be easily completed through the automatic group search, finishing the quest is quite simple.
What kind of item is there? For completing the quest, you will receive a reward chest from the heroic raid Palace of the Nerub-ar. This means you will get an item between item level 610 and 626. Since the entire loot list of the heroic palace is available, you could get really lucky and snag an extremely powerful piece of armor with item level 626.
How long do you have to do this? As usual, the weekly quest in World of Warcraft is active for exactly one week. So from today (16.10.2024) until next Tuesday (22.10.2024). You have a week to complete the quest and secure the heroic item from the raid.
Note that you can complete the quest with any character. It could also be worth completing the quest with secondary characters to gain a nice boost to your item level.
Errors Cause Frustration – Here’s How to Bypass It
Currently, there is a bug with the quest, but it will surely be fixed in the next few days. Currently, only dungeons from the new expansion The War Within count for the quest – even though 4 dungeons from other expansions are also in the seasonal rotation. So make sure to visit the dungeons from The War Within to complete the quest.
Furthermore, frustration is caused by the realization that some of the coolest mounts may not be available in Germany.
