Are you still one of those old-fashioned people who play World of Warcraft on a classic desktop PC or laptop? Then it might soon be time to look towards the future, as one player takes the next step: He can now play World of Warcraft from his Honda.
HDMI connection in the car. As Buffed reports, using MHL Mirroring, anything can be displayed on the car’s display. However, this is only possible when the car is parked. While driving, it’s better not to have games or movies flickering on the built-in display. This can easily be handled through an HD connection, which allows for video and audio signals to be inputted.
Xbox gamepad as an input device. Controlled via an Xbox controller. While this is not optimal for World of Warcraft, it can at least be somewhat controlled and is definitely more convenient than a keyboard and mouse.
However, what other hardware was used, such as a laptop that is also present in the car, is not shown.
Whether this whole thing makes sense is, of course, another question. But who has not secretly had the dream, “Wouldn’t it be great to be able to game on the way home?” Of course, traffic regulations and the will to live get in the way of this desire a bit – but hey.
