The mobile MMORPG A3: Still Alive allows you to continue playing even when you are not online. Your hero keeps fighting and fulfilling the task you gave them earlier.
What exactly is this mode? The Alive mode was introduced in February 2021 in the MMORPG A3: Still Alive. This feature replaces the auto-battle mode with which your hero previously fought while you were offline.
The Alive mode refines the system
- You set how your hero should behave during your absence
- You can choose the combat style
- You decide whether the character can autonomously sell items and buy potions
If your hero dies, you will receive a push notification. You will also be notified when the character finds a particularly good item.
What is the difference from regular autoplay? Some mobile MMORPGs offer so-called autoplay features, where the character also automatically does certain things. For example, battles can run automatically or the character moves on its own to the next quest objective.
With autoplay, the player remains in the game, they are just AFK, meaning they are busy with something else. However, the game runs normally and it is possible to intervene at any time.
In contrast, the Alive feature of A3 becomes active as soon as the player is offline. The game does not need to run in the background. So if you go to bed in the evening, you activate the Alive mode, turn off the MMORPG, and while you sleep, your hero continues to fight and collect items.

What is the purpose of this feature? In MMORPGs, it’s not just about experiencing exciting adventures, but competition between players is also key. And it is simply the case that: those who play more progress faster.
For those who do not have much time to play, but still want to keep up, they can use the Alive mode of the quite popular MMORPG A3. This also applies to anyone who enjoys PvP but would like to skip the looting.
Where can you use it? It is not always and everywhere possible to use the Alive mode. In principle, the mode is limited to so-called equipment dungeons in all regions where the focus is on farming loot. War zones and special war zone dungeons are excluded due to PvP.
Once you are in an area where the Alive mode can be activated, an icon in the UI indicates this.
How do you get the automatically collected items? Once you log back in, the game will show you which items your hero has found. This way, you know exactly what’s new in your inventory and can use the items accordingly.
What kind of game is this? A3: Still Alive is referred to as a hardcore PvP MMORPG. It is available for iOS and Android (also playable on PC via BlueStack emulator) and combines PvE such as quests and story with PvP such as guild wars and even battle royale.
