On July 2, the crimes in the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online (PC, PS4, Xbox One) are in focus. An event surrounding the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild begins.
What has been announced? The event surrounding the celebrations of the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood allows you to live out your dark side in the MMORPG ESO. It’s all about crimes, murders, and treacherous attacks.
Because if you commit crimes during the event period, special rewards await you.
Rob and assassinate for rewards
When does the event take place? It starts on July 2 at 4 PM and ends on Monday, July 15, at 4 PM.
What rewards are there? These rewards await you:
- Double rewards are available for powerful enemies, bosses in dungeons, completing daily quests in dungeons, as well as for powerful enemies on the Gold Coast
- You will receive twice as many desecrated whiskers in the Depths of Lorkhaj
- Plunder and sacraments bring you additional rewards
- You will get double the items from resource nodes
What is special about the event? This event gives you the chance to earn Event Tickets. You will also receive the berries needed for the new Indrik transformation: the Onyx Indrik.
How do you get the tickets? You need to complete these tasks in the game to earn a ticket:
- You receive one Event Ticket for the first sacrament you complete that day. You must complete the quest “A Lesson in Silence” and reach rank 2 with the Dark Brotherhood
- You get another Event Ticket for the first plunder you master that day. You complete the quest “The Long Game” and reach rank 3 with the Thieves Guild
You can only earn these two tickets per day and per account. The maximum is 28 tickets.
With ten collected Event Tickets, you visit Impresaria in Daggerfall in Glenumbra, in Davon’s Watch in Stonefalls, or in Vulkhel Guard in Auridon and exchange them for an Indrik Feather or the new Onyx Blossoms needed for the Onyx Indrik mount.
Players wish for other events
What else is interesting? During the event period, you can get the DLCs Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood for 800 crowns in the Crown Store. If you don’t own these expansions yet, you can take advantage of the lower price now.
You will also find new costumes and more in the Crown Store that revolve around the event.
What do players think of the event? The community is somewhat divided. On one hand, fans are excited about the event, but on the other hand, it has a bit of a sour taste, as can be read on Reddit. Because, on the one hand, this event already took place a few months ago, and on the other hand, you can basically only play it if you have the corresponding DLCs.
