What is the Beginner’s Choice Convene? It is the beginner banner in Wuthering Waves. With it, you can choose one of a total of 5 different 5-star characters, which you can pull once. This character will then be secured for you within 80 pulls.

How do I access the Beginner’s Choice Convene? As soon as you unlock the gacha system in the game, you will find the “Beginner’s Choice” next to the event banners. Who should I pull for in the Beginner Banner?
Depending on what you are looking for for your team, one of the following three characters is particularly suitable for the Beginner banner:
Calcharo
- Attribute: Electro
- Weapon: Broadsword
With him, you have a strong DPS right from the start, targeting individual enemies. Currently, he is also the strongest Electro character in the whole game. Moreover, he is quite easy to play, and even as a beginner, you can deal decent damage with him.
Verina
- Attribute: Spectro
- Weapon: Rectifier
If you are looking for good support, Verina is the best choice from the Beginner banner for you. She is currently the best universal buffer and healer for your team in Wuthering Waves.
However, keep in mind that she is not really suited as a DPS and shines more as a support in the long term. So, if you want to start the game with more attack power, one of the other two characters would be the better choice for you.
Jianxin
- Attribute: Aero
- Weapon: Arm Armor
She gains what is called Chi through her attacks. She can then use it to heal her team or equip shields.
She is thus a true multitasking talent, with which you not only have a good DPS, but also a healer and shielder for your team at the same time. In addition, her ultimate is currently the best in the game for crowd control.
