Suddenly, items on the map are turning to gold. These items cannot be destroyed, and it is still unclear why they are changing.

Is there a dead king behind it?
Could a story with the Gold King develop? As some items on the Fortnite map are now turning to gold, a story could develop from it.
There is also a leaked skin that has not yet appeared in the item shop. The outfit is a golden skeleton wearing a crown. It looks like a dead king.

The Legend of King Midas
What kind of king is this? Legend has it that the legendary king Midas wished to turn everything into gold as soon as he touched it. This wish is said to have been granted to him.
Everything he touched turned to gold. But soon this wish almost became his downfall, as his meals also turned to gold.
He nearly starved and thirsted to death. But the curse was lifted when he bathed in the river Pactolus.
This legend would fit the Gold King of Fortnite. Perhaps he is responsible for the gilded items on the map. He could wander the map and touch all the furniture to transform them.
