Scuf Instinct Pro as an expensive alternative to Elite
Manufacturer Scuf has introduced the Scuf Instinct Pro a high-end controller for Xbox and PC.
The Instinct Pro offers you a similarly high range of features as Microsoft’s Elite controller and is said to feel just as high-quality and precise according to testers. The easily accessible back paddles are particularly praised.
If you’re looking for a customizable and premium controller for competitive gaming, you can’t go much wrong. However, the price for the Instinct Pro is significantly higher than that of the Elite controller.
Currently, you can only purchase the Instinct and Instinct Pro directly from the official Scuf store (via scufgaming.com). The price starts at 179.99 € and is thus relatively higher than the Xbox Elite controller. Additional customizations will cost you extra.
Razer Wolverine V2
The Razer Wolverine V2 is a wired gaming controller for the Xbox Series X|S and PC. MeinMMO has tested the Razer Wolverine V2. In our test, the controller delivers high precision. We found the mechanical buttons and the D-pad particularly well-executed.
The controller feels good in larger hands but can be problematic in smaller hands. This is primarily because the mappable special buttons of the controller are located on the back of the device, making them hard to reach.

Are you looking for a high-quality controller with paddles but don’t want to invest in the expensive Elite controller? Then the FUSION Pro 2 from PowerA might be an alternative for you.
