Which engine is being used? It is said to be Unreal Engine, though it is presumably Unreal Engine 4.
What graphic style does the MMORPG use? Rise takes on a realistic and dark style. It does not have this typical Asian impression but seems aimed at Western players.
What do the characters look like? The faces of the figures in the MMORPG Rise could come from a typical Western role-playing game. They even resemble The Witcher 3 somewhat. Nothing seems exaggerated or stylized. Everything appears to be designed very realistically.
What can we expect visually from the monsters? There are no monsters visible in the trailer, aside from wolves, which, like the characters, are designed very realistically. The armors of the enemies also look extremely detailed.
How appealing is the game world: Everything appears very dark with colors that tend to be brown and gray tones. It’s uncertain if this is the case throughout the entire game based on the trailer. However, if you prefer bright colors, you might feel somewhat uncomfortable in Rise. Nevertheless, the world is very rich in detail.
When will the MMORPG be released? The game is planned for a release in Korea in 2021. When it will be released internationally is still unknown. The launch is planned for PC, console, and mobile.
