The MMORPG offers a large number of areas that can be explored during the story and beyond. The game world shines with more than 35 diverse planets as well as space stations and instances—from the dusty dunes of Tatooine to the green rainforests of Alderaan.
As expansions have been released, the world has been continually enlarged, with new planets and areas being added. Each planet is unique, and often there are areas that are not only shaped by the main story but also offer side quests, dungeons, and hidden tasks. Some of these are only accessible by one of the two sides of the Force.
