This is the story: In Ghost Recon: Wildlands, you take on the role of four members of a military special unit known as Ghosts. You can spend about 30 hours in the Wildlands before completing the main story.
How you can play together: Ghost Recon: Wildlands offers an exciting mix – you get a typical shooter that takes place in a huge, open world. Not only is there a lot to discover, but it also has an exciting story that you can experience completely together.
Any combination between one and four players is possible. Your teammates can join at any time. You are not required to stick together from start to finish. But: you can, if you want.
A Way Out

How you play together: A Way Out is a unique game in that you cannot avoid co-op. The game can only be played by two – either online or on the couch. The nice thing: In any case, you only need one copy of the game. If one of you has bought A Way Out, you can invite the second player via a free demo.
The gameplay is therefore focused on collaboration. You can cover each other, create distractions, or assist with jumps. Whether you approach the story stealthily or with brute force is up to you – as are many decisions within the narrative. You just have to agree. Then it is one of the best games for two players ever.
Borderlands 3

Both have gathered a cult of madmen around them as a sort of influencers of terror and are searching for the “great vault”. You must reach it before them while surviving the chaos of Borderlands. The story of Borderlands 3 takes about 30 hours, but can be extended through side quests and various events and activities.
How you play together: You can play the loot shooter Borderlands 3 online in a group of up to four players, or two in local split-screen. While it has had some technical hiccups, it’s still a lot of fun.
You can fully experience the crazy story of Borderlands 3 together. This also applies to all side quests and other activities that you encounter in the game. Together you explore planet after planet, collect a ridiculous number of different weapons, and enjoy the completely off-the-wall humor of the game. The story can also be played if you don’t know the previous parts, but it’s more fun if you have some experience with the series. The older installments can also be played in co-op and are also a good option in doubt.
Diablo 3

How you play together: In Diablo, you can experience the entire story together in co-op mode – even on consoles together on the couch. Everyone can create their own characters and freely explore skills and loot. But don’t be surprised if you suddenly argue over the odd cool weapon that has fallen on the ground.
Gears 5

This is the story: Gears 5 directly follows the previous parts of the Gears of War series. The alien race “The Swarm” rolls over the last refuges of humanity – which you want to stop. You lead a group of soldiers consisting of the mysterious Kait Diaz, Marcus and JD Fenix, as well as Del Walker, into battle to stop the Swarm. The story of Gears 5 keeps you busy for about 12 hours.
How you play together: You can play the entire exciting campaign of Gears 5 in three-player co-op. The main focus is on the explosive action of the game in the fight against the Swarm.
The cover shooter chases you from one precarious situation to the next, but also gives you enough brutal weapons to really heat up the aliens on your side. By the way, the game is part of the Game Pass – so you might be able to secure it as part of a subscription if you are already a member.
