In Pokémon GO there are now Flunkifer, Absol, Alola Vulpix, and Alola Sandshrew in the wild. Players are excited about this surprise.

How good are the chances? The spawns of these four Pokémon are reportedly still quite rare according to initial reports. Some trainers have reported not seeing any of these Pokémon in the wild over the past few hours. Therefore, you will need a lot of luck for a Shiny version.
There are no reports that the chances of Shiny versions have been increased.
What about the regional Kanto Pokémon? In the next few days, you can hatch Tauros, Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime, and Porygon from 7km eggs. With luck, even as Shiny. If you encounter them in your region in the wild, they may appear as Shiny there as well.
