Bless Unleashed – New game in the familiar universe

What is this game about? The theme park MMORPG Bless Unleashed lets you fight various enemies and follows a story that is traditionally told through quests. These lead through a large game world with different challenges:
- There are 5 playable classes, which can be combined with all 4 races.
- The battles are said to be intuitive and action-packed.
- There are 3 different factions that you can join.
- The game offers many field bosses and elite monsters.
- There are various group activities such as dungeons.
- If you wish, you can activate PvP in the open world in Bless Unleashed and fight against other players.
The MMORPG was developed in Unreal Engine 4 and visually makes a good impression.
What is special about the game? Bless Unleashed is based on the game Bless Online, which was released in 2018 and discontinued in 2019. Both games share the world, some characters, and gameplay elements.
However, the developers emphasized in conversations with MeinMMO that it was developed by a different team and that the mistakes of Bless Online should not be repeated.
Instead, there should be a strong focus on new content and fixing bugs. Additionally, the developers are currently planning a release for PS4 and PC. The first tests for PC will start on Steam in September.
How is the game received after the release? Bless Unleashed was received very positively at launch, but has struggled with the fact that it does not offer any real highlights compared to other MMORPGs.
The general tone from players was that the game does not make any major mistakes, but also offers hardly any special features. Therefore, it could quickly be forgotten.
