Rank 7: EVE Online

What is EVE Online? The sci-fi hardcore MMORPG EVE Online is the simulation of a ruthless universe. On a single server, thousands of players go at each other in a constantly evolving world. You have total freedom in the game. Anyone can do what they want. Ideally, however, within a guild, as otherwise you are in quite a pickle.
The whole game, including politics and economy, is controlled by players. EVE has changed so much that even free-to-play players can now have permanent access to the world.
