Traveling to a foreign country and being able to game on a high-end PC? A hotel in China offers you gaming PCs with RTX 3080.
Gaming is a popular pastime, and many people want to enjoy their favorite games in all their glory while on vacation.
A hotel in China offers you extensive gaming equipment, allowing you to indulge in gaming at your heart’s content even while on vacation. Theoretically, you wouldn’t have to set foot outside the hotel for the entire holiday. You can view images of the hotel on Twitter (via Twitter.com)
What’s so magical about the hotel? As a gamer, you get everything your heart desires at this hotel:
- The gaming PCs are equipped with either RTX 3070 or RTX 3080.
- Additionally, you receive matching peripherals like a gaming headset, mouse, and keyboard.
- Some photos on Twitter also show shelves full of snacks. Ramen noodles and fries, which looks like a very cliché image of a gamer.
What does the stay cost? Prices are based on the equipment you have available in the rooms. Prices start at around 70 euros for a room with RTX 3070 and go up to about 130 euros for a room with a gaming system with GeForce RTX 3080.

Other hotels also offer extensive gaming options
The hotel in China is actually not a unique phenomenon anymore. The gaming hotels “i hotel” in the Taoyuan district of Taiwan have also discovered gamers as a target group for travel.
Here too, the rooms are equipped with gaming PCs and the appropriate accessories. Additionally, you also receive a gaming chair to sit comfortably.
Prices start here at around 100 euros per night, alternatively, you can also pay for the PCs by the hour. Then you pay 12 dollars per hour or get fifteen hours for 75 dollars.
There is also a gaming hotel in Japan, which primarily targets esports fans. The e-ZONE hotel is located in Osaka and offers you a stage for esports events and tournaments with a large screen. Additionally, gaming PCs are available to you on the first floors.
The rooms themselves are small capsules where you can spend the night. These capsule hotels are nothing unusual in Japan and are minimally furnished, primarily designed for individuals.
If you don’t like that, there are also rooms that include bathrooms and gaming PCs.
Prices start at 1,000 yen (about 8 euros) per night for a capsule room. For a large room, you pay around 8,000 yen (about 70 euros).

The gaming boom has now also arrived in Europe
If you want to game in the hotel, you no longer have to travel very far, as there is already a gaming hotel in the Netherlands.
In Amsterdam, “The Arcade Hotel” has opened, offering modern and retro consoles in all rooms. There is also a game room where you can play on consoles, gaming PCs, and VR devices.
Prices start here at 60 euros per night, but additional costs may arise for using the game room.
