Rank 3: Perona
The ghost princess Perona is especially a personal concern for me as she is my favorite character in the entire anime and manga. Her main appearance was during the Thriller Bark arc, where she was still the enemy of the Straw Hat crew and had to duel with Usopp.
After her feud with the Straw Hat crew, it became clear how caring she actually is. She ended up on an island full of battle-hungry mandrills due to an attack from Bartholomew Kuma. There she found the unconscious Zoro. Despite the fact that they were enemies, she dragged him to the nearby castle and tended to his wounds.
Even more: She accompanied Zoro after the time skip back to his crew and even helped them escape by holding off the Marines. Additionally, she was the one who freed Koby from his cell and helped him escape.
After that, unfortunately, Perona had only rare appearances. She lived since the events with Dracule Mihawk, who turned out to be the owner of the castle. When she found out that her master Gecko Moria was still alive, she thanked Mihawk for his hospitality and left to rescue Moria.
Since then, she was only seen, as mentioned above, during the rescue of Koby. I sincerely hope that the ghost princess will have an appearance in the future.
Rank 2: Boa Hancock
The most beautiful pirate in the entire One Piece universe is Boa Hancock. She is the ruler of the Kuja Pirates and has eaten a Devil Fruit that allows her to turn anyone who falls for her into stone.
But one person who was able to resist Boa from the very beginning is Monkey D. Luffy. She is impressed that Luffy, unlike all the other men, is not petrified by her beauty. Therefore, she has become Luffy’s greatest admirer and has already made wedding plans with him in her mind.
Her daydreams lead to really sweet and funny situations, and it is heartwarming to see how she does everything for Luffy every time she encounters him. Boa deserves many more appearances, and I hope we get to see her more often in the future.
