In Far Cry 5, there is a lot to do not only in the campaign and in coop – even after the story ends, the shooter can still be played. Unfortunately, this is prevented by a nasty bug.
In addition to the campaign, which can also be played in coop with a buddy in Far Cry 5, there are many side missions, some of which can still be completed after the game ends. For instance, in the various regions, cult buildings can still be hunted down or wild stunts can be performed in the Clutch Nixon missions.
A bug is currently making life difficult for Far Cry 5 fans, which prevents continuing the game after it has ended. Those affected have to watch the credits over and over again.

No Game, Just Credits
While a patch for the consoles Xbox One and PlayStation 4 as well as for PC was recently released, this mainly focused on online multiplayer, individual missions, and game stability. There is still no fix for players with the credits loop bug.
On PC, players can often help themselves. For some players, reloading Far Cry 5 and immediately calling up the map and traveling to another location after starting the game helped.
This does not seem to work on consoles. On PlayStation 4, it has helped in some cases to rebuild the console’s database. However, Xbox One players are still left in the dark.
According to Ubisoft, the bug should have been fixed with the recently released patch 1.04, but apparently only for players who were not yet affected by the problem. Ubisoft Support explained on Twitter that they are still looking into the issue. However, it is unlikely that the game saves affected by the bug can still be rescued.
