In a video about PvP in Pokémon GO, three new Pokémon are showcased. We will show you which ones and whether they will come to the game soon.
In the video from IGN, a YouTube channel from the USA, PvP is introduced. Andrew Goldfarb from IGN was invited to the Niantic office for this. There, he was allowed to test the PvP mode alongside Niantic employees.
What is so special about the video? In the video, three Pokémon that are not yet in the game are fought with. Many players now assume that this was intentional and that these three Pokémon will be announced in the near future.
These Pokémon were shown
In the video, Andrew Goldfarb battles with Regigigas, Heatran, and Farbeagle. All three are Pokémon that are not yet in the game.
What does this mean for the players? It shows that at least these three Pokémon are already finished and Niantic just needs to flip a switch to release them. They are apparently just waiting for the right moment to bring the Pokémon out.
Are the Pokémon coming to the game now? Just because the Pokémon were fought with in the video does not mean they are about to be released. They are just ready for it. Niantic will certainly plan an event for the release and will not simply release the Pokémon.
What makes the Pokémon special? Regigigas and Heatran are legendary Pokémon of the 4th generation. Currently, Cresselia is the legendary raid boss. This raid boss will last until December 18th in the gyms. Only then could one of the new legendary Pokémon appear.
Farbeagle is a Pokémon from the 2nd generation and the only one from this generation that has not yet appeared. It has the move Mimic. This move imitates the opponent’s moves. As a result, Farbeagle can learn any move it wants. The release of the Pokémon is long overdue. It could very well appear soon.
What else does the video show? In the video, only the battle mechanics of trainer battles are shown. These were announced on December 4th. The exciting part of the video is the ending. There, the three Pokémon are used.
What do you think about the video?
