The Steam hit Terraria wants to collaborate with Palworld, but the players are against it.

On Steam, Terraria and Palworld will soon collaborate, but ironically, the community of the 2D game is not looking forward to it.

What kind of collaboration is this? Palworld and Terraria are two extremely successful games on Steam. With over 95% positive reviews on Steam, they are among the most popular games on the platform.

Now the development teams have announced plans to collaborate in 2025. While there is great cheer among the fans of Palworld, the situation looks very different for the players of Terraria.

Terraria fans are not interested

What do the players of Terraria think? The players of Terraria have reacted poorly to the announcement of the collaboration. Although it is not yet known what extent the content for the games will have, or even what will happen at all, a negative debate is sweeping through the community of the 2D game.

On Reddit, some players are airing their frustrations. The criticism goes in every direction. JamesSH1328 writes on Reddit: “As if 1.4.5 isn’t late enough already.” In update 1.4.5, a crossover with the roguelike Metroidvania Deadcells is supposed to be released. The update was supposed to come out in 2023 but has been delayed.

Some players are jokingly looking forward to an update that will allow them to breed animals in Terraria. Yesnoperhapsmaybent is one of them and writes on Reddit: “Okay, Terraria breeding update when?”
