Hearthstone is hosting the Summer Festival, and it is really awesome in 2019. Players can look forward to many packs and gold.
Although the next expansion “Saviors of Uldum” was recently announced for Hearthstone, a few weeks must pass before the expansion is released. To keep players from getting too bored during the wait, Hearthstone is hosting a three-week event, the Summer Festival. This time, there are plenty of packs and gold for players.
When does the event take place? The Summer Festival and its accompanying activities run from July 10th at 7:00 PM (tonight) until July 31st at 6:00 PM. However, the activities available will change every few days. Each week there are new rewards you can earn – some of them are even really useful.
This is available in week 1: From July 10th to July 17th, there is the event “Crash Landing on Blackrock”, which is supposed to be a “mini-format adventure”. You will take on the role of members of the Evil League Ü.B.E.L. and must defeat the bosses from Blackrock. For this, there are plenty of rewards:
- Those who defeat 4 bosses will receive a pack for “Saviors of Uldum”
- Those who defeat all 8 bosses will get the card back “Ragnaros”
- Anyone who defeats all bosses in less than 60 minutes will receive a golden version of the card “Bronze Herald”
- Anyone who defeats all bosses in less than 40 minutes will receive a golden version of the card “Incomprehensible Scoundrel”
Legendary Quests in the first week: Also in the first 7 days of the event, players will receive a “legendary” quest daily. The reward here is especially good, as you can receive either a pack from one of the current Standard decks or a “huge chunk” of gold, which can then of course be invested in new packs.
This is available in week 2: From July 17th to July 24th, the card chaos “Crash Landing on Blackrock” remains active. However, there is a new, playable villain as a playable hero, namely Rafaam. The following rewards await:
- Those who defeat 4 bosses will receive a pack from “Saviors of Uldum”
- Those who defeat all 8 bosses with Rafaam will receive a golden version of the card “Rafaam’s Scheme”
This is available in week 3: In the third and final week, there will be another PvP card chaos, from July 24th to July 31st. Each player will receive a random deck upon their first login. If you are defeated, you must then continue playing with the deck that defeated you. As a reward for the first victory, you will again receive a pack from “Saviors of Uldum”.
There is a lot going on in Hearthstone in the coming weeks. This should help bridge the wait until the next expansion.
