In the Dark Fantasy MMORPG The Secret World , the next content patch will be a self-contained story.
The last issue, Issue #12 of The Secret World, focused on the “meta-game,” making adjustments to raids and items. Two new dungeons were added; the “Tokyo” storyline reached its conclusion. This story had kept players engaged for years.
The next issue, Issue #13, does not start a long storyline but tells an episode, a self-contained story in Kaidan. Details were sparse in the first Steam, but we will surely learn more about Issue #13 in the coming weeks and months.

Additionally, Funcom aims to refresh the PvP in The Secret World alongside Issue 13, revamp Stonehenge and El Dorado, and it’s likely that it will go into a snowstorm after Shambala.
This week is seeing some action as well: There are new “Lucky Bags,” which can contain outfits for a nurse, a police officer, or a firefighter. There are also motorcycles, police and fire dogs. Just what one needs for a themed party.
There’s a bittersweet note: For Christmas 2015, no new missions are planned; the developers are focusing on Issue 13. It’s a shame, the Christmas mission from last year had many fans.
