After Stellar Blade was an unexpected success on the PS5, the game is now also available on Steam. And along with a PC version, it also released what all players were already aware of.
What kind of game is it? Stellar Blade is an action-adventure game by SHIFT UP Corporation, where you play as the protagonist EVE trying to save humanity and the planet from an evil force in a futuristic world. The game offers Soulslike-style combat, which is a bit less challenging, but has “more specialized” animations in “interesting” outfits.
According to reviews, Stellar Blade impresses with its gameplay (on Steam “very positive,” with 95% of nearly 10,000 ratings in the positive range), but that’s not the only thing that impresses, as you might expect. The portrayal of female characters is well-received by the player base, but it seems some modders found it not explicit enough, as the latest mods show.

What do the mods include? Who would have thought that the mod options for the PC version could make the already very revealing game even more obscene? – Almost everyone, at least according to the community.
Overall, 96 of the 234 available mods for Stellar Blade on PC are tagged for adults. That’s 41%, nearly half of all available mods. (via PC Gamer)
Most of these mods are exactly what one would expect. Various ways to make the already promising, little revealing outfits even tighter – up to complete nudity. Of course, every player is free to play their game however they want. The percentage of NSFW mods is perhaps not surprising for Stellar Blade, but still impressive in a way.
What is the community’s reaction? Already under the launch trailer for Stellar Blade for PC on YouTube, it shows how much the fans have been looking forward to the Steam version and its corresponding possibilities:

Even on Steam, the reviews react to the obvious, yet they also imply that the revealing nature of the game is merely a bonus. The game is very well optimized for PC and is quite fun:

Stellar Blade and its creators are well aware of how players react to their characters in the game and its presentation. The game is simply known and popular for its revealing characters.
