In a few days we will know how World of Warcraft will progress. But which features can save the game? What does WoW need to rock again?
For fans of World of Warcraft, a big day is approaching. On April 19, right after Easter, the future of Blizzard’s MMORPG will be revealed – in other words: The next expansion will be introduced. As usual, rumors have been circulating for weeks, and some promising leaks are going around that promise plenty of new features. Four new classes, housing, the abolition of the leveling phase – these and many other innovations are promised by the alleged leaks.
However, even though Blizzard accidentally leaked the (still unconfirmed) name of the expansion on their own website, there are still many unresolved details.
Opinions among players, however, are divided on what World of Warcraft urgently needs right now. For some, it’s the return of artifact weapons as in Legion, for others a more “grounded” story, which is supposed to have less Sylvanas, and others hope for major revisions to the combat system.
There are many opinions, and everyone thinks they know the one problem that World of Warcraft currently has and whose resolution would make the game much better.
That’s why we want to listen to the community and find out: What problems do you see, the readers of MeinMMO? What features does World of Warcraft absolutely need in the next addon to regain momentum?
