Numerous Ultra Beasts are already in Pokémon GO, but these are not all of them. Niantic has hinted at more Ultra Beasts – we will show you which ones they are.
Since Anego appeared in Pokémon GO as the first Ultra Beast, new specimens have regularly entered the game. From Voltriant to Schlingking, trainers have caught a lot of Ultra Beasts – most recently even all available at once, during the Ultra Beast Event on November 27, 2022.
But the next Ultra Beasts are already in the starting blocks. Pokémon GO has released teasers with a noticeable horror touch, announcing further Ultra Beasts.
When will the next Ultra Beasts arrive? This is still unclear, the teasers talk about “Far Future, Date unknown” – so a distant future, date unknown.
However, it is already visible which monsters will come next.
Venicro and Agoyon
What kind of monsters are these? In the first teaser, two Ultra Beasts are shown: Venicro and its evolution Agoyon. The smaller Venicro attacks a security camera that captures both monsters.
The special thing about Venicro is that it is the only Ultra Beast that can actually evolve. The small Kobild monster evolves into the significantly larger, dragon-like Agoyon.
Venicro has only the type “Poison,” while Agoyon also has the type “Dragon.”
Muramura
What kind of Pokémon is that? Muramura was introduced with the games Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and consists of several stone blocks that represent their own life forms and are stacked on top of each other. It likes to disguise itself as a stone wall to suddenly attack – as shown in the teaser.
It comes with the types Steel and Rock and can particularly stand out in the main games due to a very high defensive value.
Kopplosio
What kind of Pokémon is that? Kopplosio looks a bit like a circus clown in design, but it is not particularly funny: According to the Pokédex, it tries to attract humans by dancing and then letting its head explode; it also drains the life energy of its enemies.
In the main games, it also has a corresponding attack called “Headbutt.” Unsurprisingly, it belongs to the types Fire and Ghost.
Another teaser hints at Necrozma
Besides the four presented Ultra Beasts, there is also a short teaser for Necrozma – this is mentioned on Twitter in a compilation video of the previous beasts very briefly at the end.
This monster is not an Ultra Beast but is related to them. It belongs to the Psychic type but can change forms, which allows it to also gain the types Steel, Ghost, or Dragon.
To do this, however, it must take over the legendary monsters Solgaleo or Lunala – then it gets the “Dusk Mane” form (Solgaleo) or “Dawn Wings” form (Lunala). Additionally, there is also an Ultra form of Necrozma.
Solgaleo and Lunala have only recently been added to the game. They can be received through the Cosmog evolution.
