The update 1.050 has been released for Dragon’s Dogma 2 and in addition to minor quality-of-life improvements, there is finally the feature that should be a given and many players have long awaited.
On March 29, 2024, title update 1.050 was released for Dragon’s Dogma 2. The biggest feature of this update is the long-awaited ability to finally start a new game when another save file is present. Previously, this was not possible, as manual and automatic saves occupied only one slot.
Many players have wished for the ability to create multiple save slots since the release, as some quests and events in the world can be frustrating for many players. The dangerous dragon plague would also be less threatening to vassals with multiple save files.
With the update, new configuration options are also added.
In a dedicated blog post from Dragon’s Dogma 2, the new options are presented.
