It is well known that World of Warcraft can always surprise us with some great experiences. Now, Blizzard has integrated a Daily Quest in the latest patch 10.1.5 that allows you to experience the probably most powerful mortal sorceress in Azeroth anew, specifically in her past.
What kind of quest is this? The mentioned quest deals with the childhood of Jaina Proudmoore, the probably most powerful mortal sorceress of Azeroth. Besides this quest, there has also been the opportunity to replay Jaina Proudmoore’s story in Hearthstone.
As the timekeepers Chromie and Soridormi inform you, someone came up with the glorious idea of handing Jaina Proudmoore a magic wand during her childhood. The danger of this becomes apparent at the start of this quest. Jaina had the idea to transform foxes into sheep.

This naturally had consequences. You will see how Jaina is soon surrounded by guards. You will also learn something about the relationship between Jaina and her father, as well as the responsibility that comes with magic. Initially, the following dialogue will reveal itself to you:

After you manage to take the magic wand from Jaina, her father, Daelin Proudmoore, comes to reprimand his daughter:
- Daelin Proudmoore yells:
That’s enough!
- Daelin Proudmoore says:
Who gave you the wand? What is going on here?
- Jaina Proudmoore says:
I was just having a little fun–
- Daelin Proudmoore says:
Jaina, you could have hurt someone. Magic is dangerous.
- Jaina Proudmoore says:
Yes, father …
It is thus worthwhile to complete the quests outside the campaign as well. In this way, you will receive, albeit smaller, lore snippets that will reintroduce you to familiar characters like Jaina Proudmoore.
