- Match Start: One player gets a helicopter, while the other members land at an objective and/or start looting.
- The team meets up and buys a loadout drop with “Overkill” as a perk as quickly as possible.
- After that, they complete as many recon contracts as possible and gather plenty of cash and information about the upcoming gas circles.
- They then pick up the first free loadout drop. By this time, 4-5 recon missions should be completed.
- With the free supply box, they acquire the perk “Ghost”.
- Now, it’s time to go to a buy station. One player buys an ammunition box, everyone gets a self-revive, and if there’s still money left, a few killstreaks.
- Now it’s practically already endgame. The team finds a power position in the recon circle and finishes the match calmly.
With this tactic, “Iron” has achieved a very strong win rate of approximately 60%. On average, he has won about 13 games a day since the release on March 10. So many wins are something that some players can’t even achieve in total. He and his teams do not focus on kills, like other record hunters, but they focus solely on victories.

Details and Tactic Tips of the Strategy
How do I start the match? Split your team. One of you goes down with a helicopter while the rest of the team looks for a good spot with plenty of loot and contracts. Try to loot as much as possible with minimal risk – especially cash. It’s important to know how to land quickly at any point on the map.
When do I get the loadout? As soon as your team has gathered 10,000 $ for the supply box, meet at a buy station and get your personal loadout with the best weapons in Warzone. Here, take a setup with “Overkill” and get two strong, customized weapons early in the match.
What kind of loadouts do I need? For the strategy, you should create at least 2 loadouts:
- Overkill Loadout
- Ghost Loadout
The Overkill Loadout is your primary source for weapons. “Iron” and his team aim to get their loadout as quickly as possible, giving them a significant advantage over players who might still have their starter pistol as a secondary weapon. With your second loadout, you get “Ghost” as a perk, replacing “Overkill”. “Ghost” is one of the strongest perks in Warzone and protects you from drones and heartbeat sensors. An important bonus if you want to hold your position later in the game.
How do I quickly complete many recon contracts? Know your landing zones and work through the contracts gradually. With your helicopter, you can quickly get to another area of the map and take on even more recon missions. However, be cautious during helicopter flights. The rockets in Warzone won’t take you down directly, but you will lose the helicopter with a hit.
While the contracts are not the same in every round, if you know your drop location and have done the recon missions frequently, you can assess where the area to capture is. According to “JGOD”, the recon contracts have only 2 possible target points if you find them in a specific location. If you know the targets, station team members at possible zones and capture the points even faster.
This way you get plenty of cash and already have an idea of where the final fight will take place. The team around “Iron” completes 4-5 recon missions even before the first circle is completely closed.
How do I get the first free loadout? Just like the targets of the recon missions, the free loadout drops are predictable. You will receive the first one 15 seconds before the first gas circle is completely formed. The match has been going on for about 8 minutes at that point.
