Forever trapped in Power Armor!
What problems have already arisen? Bethesda has been quite cautious with the raid and reserves the right to take it offline again if there are problems. And of course, one has already emerged.
The Twitch streamer Kevduit wanted to dive into the raid with his team and of course stream it. But while the group was trying to fight their way through the bunker on the highest difficulty level, the player AvxAustral got stuck in her Power Armor.
As a result, she could no longer move and could not exit the armor. Attacks were also impossible. Therefore, AvxAustral had become useless for her team.
Stay in the armor
How does the problem occur? The glitch occurs occasionally when trying to exit the Power Armor. The problem has been known for some time, which is why players are advised to simply stay in the armor during missions.
However, AvxAustral needed ammunition and wanted to exit the armor to craft it, and the bug struck immediately.
How did the team react? The group left AvxAustral behind and tried to complete the raid with three members, which ended in disaster.
What does this situation show? Fallout 76 is still struggling with some serious issues. The fact that the Power Armor glitch is still unresolved can unfortunately lead to situations like the one with AvxAustral.
Into the raid
How do you participate in the raid? Turn on the Pip-Boy radio, and you will receive a distress signal from Vault 94. After that, the location will be displayed on your map, and you can travel there.
What does the raid offer? At the vault, you assemble a group of four players and choose one of the three difficulty levels: Rookie, Standard, and Expert. In Rookie, you can take as much time as you want; the other two are subject to a time limit.
- For completing missions, you will earn XP, Caps, improved repair kits, legendary currencies, crafting materials, and items like weapons, armors, and plans.
- Additionally, you will get Vault 94 steel, which you use to craft the special vault armor at workbenches.
- You will obtain the plans for the vault armor if you complete the raid on Standard or Expert difficulty levels.
- Vault 94 steel, the vault armor, and the plans cannot be dropped, sold, or traded.
- You receive the rewards once per mission, per day, and per difficulty level.
Bethesda is already planning more raids for Fallout 76. However, the problem with the Power Armor needs to be resolved urgently first.
