Another MMORPG has probably died, even though the process was gradual. The developer of MU Legend no longer mentions the game at all.
Most people have now gotten used to MMORPGs dying. But it is really sad when one has long hoped that the beloved game would return and be better than ever before. It seems that this hope has now also come to an end for MU Legend. Because originally, the MMORPG only wanted to take a break.
MU Legend promised to return after a period of reflection. But this return seems less likely than ever before.

What was going on with MU Legend? In 2023, it was stated that the current version of MU Legend has many problems that need to be addressed. The issues were “so significant that they cannot simply be fixed.”.
As a consequence, the developers took the game offline; they wanted to “reassess everything and start from the basis of MU Legend.”.
Further, it was stated (via mmorpg.org.pl):
We promise our players a better developed and prepared MU Legend. Thank you for your support, and we promise to meet you again in better shape in the future.
We promise that we will be back with MU Legend soon.
Great promises that gave hope.
What has become of that? The problem is: That was now 14 months ago, during which there has not been a single status update. No update, no announcement – nothing.
That something will still come is now also to be doubted. Because the developer Valofe has not even listed MU Legend on its own website anymore. So there are no signs that MU Legend is still being worked on in any way.
The obvious conclusion: MU Legend has quietly died.
Of course, there is still hope that the game will return someday – but with each passing month, one should probably get more accustomed to the thought that another MMORPG has met its end. Thus, MU Legend joins countless other dead MMORPGs.
