Marvel has released a trailer for the new film about the Fantastic Four. It features a heroine who has driven players of Marvel Rivals crazy.
Who is this woman? This refers to Sue Storm, also known as “The Invisible Woman.” She is a member of the Fantastic Four – a group of superheroes that also includes the following:
- Reed Richards (“Mister Fantastic”)
- Ben Grimm (“The Thing”)
- Johnny Storm (“The Human Torch”)
With The Fantastic Four: First Steps, the four heroes are finally entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe, short MCU. The film is set to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.

Sue Storm made an unpopular role in shooters sexy again
What’s the deal with her appearance in Marvel Rivals? When Sue Storm joined the playable cast of the hero shooter, she caused quite a stir. As a Supporter
she takes on a role that is usually less popular in shooters – yet now every lobby is full of people who want to play as the new heroine.
In First Steps, Sue Storm is portrayed by Vanessa Kirby. Reed Richards is played by Pedro Pascal, who is especially known for his roles as Oberyn in Game of Thrones and Joel in The Last of Us.
What we know about the film’s plot: The Fantastic Four are held in high regard in New York and Reed and Sue are expecting a child. However, a female Silver Surfer (presumably Shalla-Bal) announces the destruction of the entire planet – a circumstance that Richards seems to be somewhat involved in.
At the end of the trailer, there is a short teaser: two massive pairs of boots trampling through New York. Or as darrenlatiker4356 beautifully puts it in a comment under the trailer on YouTube: “Looks like Galactus is taking an enthusiastic stroll through New York.”
