The Iron Banner is active in Destiny 2 and with it, two weapons returned to the loot pool. One of them is a remaster, but it is so good that you should definitely get it.
Which weapon is it? It is the Stasis pistol “Peace Treaty”. The pistol debuted with the release of Witch Queen and can be randomly obtained through the Iron Banner.
Unfortunately, it never really convinced in the PvE or PvP meta, and due to the rocket-powered Stasis pistol “Tinasha’s Supremacy”, there were better alternatives for the Guardians’ loadout. Bungie recognized this and gave the Peace Treaty a new paint job, and it is so good that farming for PvE and PvP is worthwhile.
Old pistol becomes a strong option for PvE and PvP
Why is the weapon so good? The Peace Treaty has undergone a complete overhaul. The perks in column 3 and 4 of the possible rolls have been exchanged for stronger ones. So if you’re looking for the God-roll, we can recommend the following rolls for PvE and PvP:
- God-roll for PvE
- Chambered Compensator
- Extended Mag
- Grave Robber
- Cold Steel
- Masterwork: Reload Speed
- What can the roll do? With this roll, you become a juggernaut and dominate the battlefield with crystals. Headshots create crystals that you can then detonate. If you destroy them, you get Frost Armor – a powerful weapon when combined with your Stasis build.
- God-roll for PvP
- Further Barrel
- Improved Rounds
- Lone Wolf or Zen Moment
- Desperado or Headseeker
- Masterwork: Range or Stability
- What can the roll do? Depending on where your strengths lie, you can turn the pistol into a small killer with strong headshot potential, thanks to Headseeker. Or you can turn it into a small razor with Desperado and watch your enemies get wiped out in seconds.
Through its rework, Bungie shows that even forgotten weapons still deserve a chance, as long as they are given the love they deserve. Anyone looking for a strong weapon for their Stasis build should definitely get this weapon.
