In The First Descendant, there are currently issues with the premium currency Caliber and the Twitch drops. Now the developers are addressing the problems and potential solutions.
What is the problem? Currently, when players purchase the real-money currency Caliber, they see the charge on their account but do not receive the premium currency in-game. This issue has been confirmed by the official X.com account of The First Descendant.

What can you do if the currency doesn’t arrive? While the issues with the real-money currency Caliber have been known since noon, the development team has commented on the problems. The developers wrote that players should regularly check if their delivery has arrived.
You can check this by going to the inventory (I), pressing shop, and then clicking on inbox at the bottom. Your order should be there.
Currently, there are delays of about two hours for the order, the developers state on their website. This could mean that your purchased Caliber will only arrive in your inbox after about two hours. Currently, there is no solution to get your Caliber faster.
The developers are already working on speeding up the system so that you can receive your items more quickly.
What do you need the currency for? The Caliber currency is needed to buy various items from the shop. With it, you can unlock skins as well as additional descendants. The prices for the currency range from €4.99 for the smallest package to €99.99 for the largest package.
Is there compensation? The development team has already stated that they will provide players with compensation. They also apologized for the inconveniences on the day of release.
Are there any other problems? Yes, the Twitch drops are also affected by the delivery backlog. These seem to be taking unusually long to arrive in players’ inventories as well. It should also take about two hours for the items to be there.
