In The First Descendant, you can optimize your build with modules. Here you can see where to find the module “Singular Specialist”.
Where do you get the module? To obtain the “Singular Specialist” module, you need to travel to the “Fortress” area. The module will drop there during various missions.
If you haven’t entered the area yet, you need to continue playing the main story.

A quick way to the module
How do you get the module most effectively? In the “Fortress” area, there are several missions where you can obtain the module. The best option is the mission “Entrance to the Fortress Headquarters” on the “normal” difficulty.
To have some variety in missions, you can open the journal and check which missions allow you to farm the module. For that, go to “Infos” in the journal and then to “Modules” to see all modules, their drop chances, and the corresponding missions.
As with any good loot shooter, some grind and persistence are necessary here too. If you don’t receive a Singular Specialist module after completing the mission, you can simply repeat it until you have the desired item.
You can play the quests in both normal and hard mode, with the drop chance increasing if you play the tougher missions.
A good choice for many builds
What can the module do? It is a boost of the rarity level “Normal” that gives you a hefty bonus of 19 percent to your “Singular Skill Strength Modifier”. This allows you to increase the damage you deal with your Singular skills.
The module belongs to the Descendant modules and is therefore found in your inventory under the “Descendants” tab.
Is the module worth it? Definitely, but it mainly depends on the played Descendant and which skill types you want to enhance. The individual abilities of the Descendants have different skill types. The module boosts the skill type “Singular” and is therefore only meaningful if you frequently use skills of the Singular type.
Thus, the Singular Specialist is a solid choice to boost your skills with Descendants like Gley, Bunny, Enzo, Jayber, Lepic, and Yujin.
