Wailing Banshee’s Carnage 2026
Where do I start the Wailing Banshee’s Carnage event? To start the current world event, follow these steps:
- Open the Crown Store in-game and accept the quest “Details about Wailing Banshee’s Carnage”
- Travel to your faction’s main gate in the Alliance War in Cyrodiil using the Alliance War menu or through the battleground camp in front of one of the major cities
- You do not need to travel to Cyrodiil to start the event
- Find the quest giver “Preacher Maera” to continue the quest
- Note: If you have already completed the quest during a past event, you do not need to do it again
- Complete the quest to receive Pelinal’s Gifts
You can earn additional Pelinal’s Gifts through the following activities:
- Battleground quests from Combat Master Rivyn
- Scout, Battle, Warfront, and Conquest missions
- Daily quests in the Imperial City
- Settlement quests in Vlastarus, Bruma, Harvesting Fields, Cheydinhal, and Chorrol
- Quests for obtaining and reclaiming Scrolls of the Ancients
What does the event bring? During Wailing Banshee’s Carnage, you will receive 100% additional Alliance points, experience points, and Tel’Var stones when participating in PvP battles on the battlefields or in Cyrodiil. Additionally, resource nodes in Cyrodiil contain more resources.
When you open one of Pelinal’s Gifts, there is a chance to receive special rewards. These include the costume style pages of Tava’s Hawk, a Transmutation Geode, chapters of the Akaviri armor style, Prismatic Rune Stones, packages of Tel’Var stones, and much more. Also cool: Adhazabi “The Golden” Aba-daro enhances her sales assortment with jewelry from various item sets from Cyrodiil, in legendary quality and with champion level 160. Necklaces are available during the first weekend of the event, and rings from the respective sets during the second weekend.
Finally, you can earn up to three event tickets for the Impresaria daily through PvP activities:
- Two event tickets for the first daily quest in Cyrodiil or for battlegrounds
- This includes board quests as well as daily quests from the settlements, from the board for conquests, and for the battlegrounds
- One event ticket for a daily quest in the Imperial City
The event tickets can be exchanged at the Impresaria’s Bazaar for various items. New this year are the Wailing Banshee Bat (companion), the first fragment for recalling the Wailing Banshee Wings, and the style pages for Tava’s Hawk costume style.
The further fragments for recalling the Wailing Banshee Wings will be available at upcoming events. Collecting them all will unlock the Wailing Banshee Bat as a companion.
