In the fantasy MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online (TESO), the loyalty bonuses have now been distributed. The community has lovingly dubbed the coveted 300-day reward the “Loyalty Tiger”.
For a few days now, the “Senche Tigers” have finally been found in Tamriel. They were intended as a loyalty gift for players who spent 300 days, nearly the entire lifespan of the paid TESO, in the game. However, since that was hardly feasible, it was decided that it was enough to have paid for 300 days. Players didn’t have to consume the days yet. Therefore, the loyalty gift was theoretically available to everyone. This was apparently so well received that the decision was made to extend the cat rule to the other loyalty reward gifts.
Apparently, some players in TESO have taken advantage of the offer to receive the “Loyalty Tiger.” This now leads to successful screenshots when members of the feline-like race “Khajiit” ride on the Senche Tigers, a sort of cousin, while also being accompanied by a cat as a pet. It has a bit of a Lord Bearington or “Catception” vibe, as a reddit user mentioned.
TESO will discontinue the loyalty gifts in the future, offers like the tiger will henceforth be found in the shop. It can be assumed that eventually another cat mount may be found there, but with a different fur color.
And the new Guar mounts are also actively used for RP events, as can be seen in this impressive screenshot (click link to enlarge):
