The fantasy MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online promises its most loyal followers two truly epic rewards once again. The special thing: Only a few will receive them, as the loyalty system will be discontinued with the transition to Buy2Play.
This will please the most loyal of the loyal: The Elder Scrolls Online has announced loyalty rewards for 9 months and for 300 days, which are indeed impressive. For 9 months, there is the “Mask of Cheerful Slaughter”, a costume that is wholly dedicated to Uncle Sheo, the fan-favorite and habitual sadist from the daedric pantheon over or rather under Tamriel.
To obtain the costume, players must have been subscribed to TESO for at least 9 months from April 2014 to March 2015.
You get a Jaguar … and you get a Jaguar!
Those who were subscribed for one month longer, meaning at least 300 days, will receive a mount from the loyalty shop: the striped Senche, a big cat (featured image). In addition, players need an active subscription when TESO transitions to Tamriel Unlimited, the Buy2Play version.
For the tiger, it is sufficient that the 300 days have been paid; they do not have to have been used yet (the 30 free days do not count). For the costume, however, the 9 months, like the other rewards, must have already been consumed. It is not necessary to spend the time consecutively in Tamriel.
With the transition, the loyalty system will indeed disappear. Such mounts and rewards will probably be found in the Crown Store in the future. Whether the Sheo outfit and the big cat will also find their way into the store or remain ultra-rare rarities reserved only for the very few is still uncertain at this moment.
