It is time: Zenimax Online has released the DLC One Tamriel and the associated patch for the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online.
With the DLC, you can now enjoy the game as you wish. When you find yourself in Tamriel after the tutorial, you do not have to follow the storyline to level up slowly. You can go wherever you want and do whatever you want. All content and areas are scaled. This means that you will always face a challenge, but it will always be achievable. You no longer need a minimum level to tackle certain content, and you do not have to belong to a specific faction to complete certain quests.
Tamriel is one!
With this, they want to give players more freedom to experience the world as they wish, and they want to remove as many hurdles for casual players as possible, allowing them to experience all content. It is even possible for you to team up with players from a different alliance. Only the land of Cyrodiil still works as before. Here you must consider your level in the PvP battles. Otherwise, you can also fight players outside of Cyrodiil by challenging them to duels. During the duel, you stay in a designated zone. The first to reach 0 hit points loses.
You can try this right away, for example in the Kargstein zone, which was previously designed only for groups. Now, even solo players can keep up here. You may now enter dungeons in both Normal and Veteran modes, which affects the difficulty level. You will still only find loot that is appropriate for your level. New weapons, ultimates, and an increase in champion points are also included in the update. You can find the complete, extensive patch notes on the official website. There you will also find a note about Update 13 and the upcoming housing system!
