After PC players have already experienced the latest DLC One Tamriel for the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online, it’s now the turn of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners.
From now on, you no longer have to deal with alliance restrictions or areas where your hero’s level is not sufficient on consoles. You simply experience the game at your own pace and how you want it. If you encounter a player from another alliance, just team up and set out together to experience adventures.
Tamriel is freely available to everyone
This way, you will find fellow players for the game’s group content even faster. Additionally, you can now also experience the content alone if you wish. Your hero’s level will be adjusted to the level of the respective area or dungeon. This means that while you will still face challenges, they are manageable alone. Thus, you set the pace at which you explore the world of Tamriel. You are no longer bound to a specific order, and grinding is no longer necessary.
What Update 12 brings
The new Update 12, which was released with the DLC One Tamriel, also brings you the following improvements:
You can now duel anywhere outside of Cyrodiil to test your skills and character builds.
All areas have been overhauled, allowing adventures for both single players and groups. This includes improved bosses and a unified difficulty level.
All dungeons can be played on Normal and Veteran difficulty levels. The story is separate from the difficulty level. You level up to the level needed for the fights. This also allows players of different levels to play together and secure loot appropriate for their level.
The massive zone of Kargstein has also been revised. It is now accessible to single players. However, the experience for groups is not compromised.
The loot in all zones is now standardized to match dungeon loot. You will now receive specific sets in certain areas, regardless of the level at which you complete the quests.
