In the fantasy MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online housing will be possible starting tomorrow, although initially only on the test server.
The first update in 2017 will be “Homestead” at The Elder Scrolls Online, bringing housing. Unlike the major content DLCs from last year like Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood, “Homestead” will be free.
Homestead was already introduced in detail last year. But standing in your own four walls and experiencing housing yourself is still something different than just reading about it. Until now, it was only known: “It will come to the test server in January.” On New Year’s, the announcement was made: “We will do it in the first week.”
From Tuesday, January 3rd, Homestead is supposed to run on the test server. We can then certainly expect first videos and more detailed reports soon. The maintenance work for the test server will start on Tuesday at 4 PM our time.
