The dolmens from The Elder Scrolls Online are among the highlights of the game, and now they are also made of LEGO.
Xenomurphy, a LEGO enthusiast, is from Paderborn and clearly likes The Elder Scrolls Online. There, the “dolmens” are among the first “WTF” experiences of every player. Ominous music plays, chains race from the gloomy sky, Daedra jump out of nowhere: Molag Bal, the dark nemesis, stretches his claws toward Tamriel.
This is what it looks like in TESO when a dolmen becomes active:
Xenomurphy has recreated one of these dolmen battles with 11,000 (eleven thousand!) LEGO and posted it on his Flickr account. It took him half a year (the building part, not the posting).
The effort was worth it: The LEGO battle went around the world. At least it made it to the big US site Kotaku.
By the way, Xenomurphy is likely also a reader of our site: So a special hat tip!
