In the fantasy MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online, housing is live on PS4 and Xbox One. The patch is huge. The Homestead update is here.
Recently, the eyes of TESO players turned to Morrowind. But the expansion is still a long way off. Today, there was almost all day maintenance on the European and North American servers for ESO. Since 10 AM, the console servers have been down for maintenance.
The Elder Scrolls Online: 8 Hours of Maintenance on PS4 and Xbox One
The server maintenance ended in the evening and the game awakened with housing. The free DLC Homestead has been live since 6:15 PM our time on Xbox One and PS4.
Housing had already come to PC on February 6. Just before that, the Morrowind hype had drawn all the attention. Today, Homestead is live on PS4 and Xbox One. ESO players can go out and get their own pad.

The system looks like this: prefabricated rooms in inns, smaller cottages, homes, up to fortresses and opulent villas are ready for occupancy. They can be purchased either with gold or for crowns, the premium currency.

Then they can also be furnished with numerous furniture items. There are trophies that can be displayed. Even a personal throne for former rulers is included, who earned the right to sit majestically in Cyrodiil.

But before that, the developers set a hefty patch download: The patch for PS4 and Xbox One is about 20 gigabytes.
