At E3 2018, a new mobile game called The Elder Scrolls: Blades was announced. The game impresses mainly with extremely beautiful graphics. In addition, there is housing and PvP!
What is it about? Before Bethesda presented The Elder Scrolls 6 at the E3 Press Conference 2018, there was a longer presentation of a new mobile game. Following the great success of Fallout: Shelter, the popular Elder Scrolls series is set to receive a mobile spinoff called “The Elder Scrolls: Blades”.
These are the contents of the new Elder Scrolls mobile game
The presentation showcased the following contents and features of Blades:
- It is said to be a mobile game with the typical Elder Scrolls experience from consoles or PC
- You play it in first-person view
- The graphics are fantastic!
- It can be played one-handed in portrait mode
- There are not only dungeons; you can also explore the surface of Tamriel
Additionally, there are several game modes:
- The Abyss: A rogue-like endless dungeon
- Arena: 1vs1 PvP against other players
- The Town: Your story and quest hub
Your hero is a member of the Blades, the imperial elite force. You return from exile, and your hometown is in ruins. However, you can rebuild it and thus obtain a form of housing.
Release this fall!
The Elder Scrolls: Blades is set to be released this fall as a free-to-play game for Android and Apple devices. In addition, crossplay with PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and virtual reality devices is planned.
You can soon pre-order the game on Google Play and iTunes and register. Playable versions are already available at E3.
