In The Division, the high-end gear pieces have various talents. Which ones are particularly worthwhile since 1.4 and 1.5?
As with most shooters, weapons take center stage in Tom Clancy’s The Division: Which weapon is the best, how can I get the most out of it, and which ones are in the meta? This is what most players are interested in.
However, the experienced agent knows: Just having weapons won’t get you far in the post-apocalypse. Particularly, the armor pieces and their stats are crucial in determining whether you emerge from a confrontation as a winner or a loser.
The stats on the gear pieces are complex: You will find various main attributes, higher and lower bonuses, mod slots, and talents. With the gear sets and the named gear pieces, there are also numerous special features.

The 7 best armor talents
Which talents are “the best” always depends on your build and playstyle. Recently, these have proven particularly valuable:
- Rapid and Vigorous: Particularly interesting for healers. However, since every agent likely carries a healing skill, these are welcome talents.
- Specialized: With nearly every build, you can rely on a specialized backpack. Top talent.
- Reckless: A Reckless chest piece is particularly strong for the D3-FNC build as the downside is not too harsh thanks to your shield. However, the best ballistic vest currently in the game is Barret’s bulletproof vest.
- Resourceful: If you play with skills like the turret, you benefit from this.
- Savage: Once, Savage gloves were mandatory. Now they are not as dominant, but they can still enhance your agents.
- Nimble: A useful talent that can be combined with the character talent “Tactical Advantage.” Move from cover to cover to increase damage and heal the agent.
- Accomplished: With Accomplished knee pads, you can efficiently farm loot, like with this farming method.
