In The Division, the PTS phase of the Survival DLC and Update 1.5 ends today, November 14th. Additionally, a concrete release date has emerged.
Suddenly, everything is happening very fast. Last night, Massive announced that today, the public test servers for 1.5 and Survival will be shut down. These have been live for a week, allowing PC agents to extensively test the upcoming changes, especially the Survival Mode, and for Massive to respond to the feedback.
The PTS will go down today at 10 AM our time.

Possible release date for Update 1.5 and Survival has emerged
Now that the PTS phase is coming to an end, the question arises: When will the big DLC be released? The “Xbox Live” website already has an answer to this. Here is a screenshot of it:
According to this, Survival and Update 1.5 will be released on November 22nd for PC and Xbox One. So already next week Tuesday.
A confirmation from Massive is still pending, but this leak can be considered credible. After all, the developers stated that the next DLC should be released one month after Update 1.4, which could either be November 22nd or November 29th. Major updates are always released on Tuesdays. And since the PTS are now being concluded quickly, it is likely that Update 1.5 along with the Survival expansion will also be released swiftly.
Attention: While Update 1.5 will be released simultaneously on all platforms, Survival will arrive on Xbox One and PC about a month before the PS4. If November 22nd turns out to be the launch date, then December 20th or December 27th would be possible release dates for Sony’s console.
Back in June, it was said that Survival would be released sooner than expected. That was before the major plans for Update 1.4. However, this shows that the development was already far advanced at that time, which is why it is not surprising that it is now comparatively quick.
