In The Division, a video shows a variety of agents gathering around a pickup zone in the Dark Zone.
The Dark Zone is supposed to represent the most dangerous place in The Division, where you can’t trust anyone and intense tension is palpable in the air. In addition to powerful NPCs, you will encounter other agents who may be either friendly or hostile towards you.
Most of the agents on the server are scattered throughout the entire Dark Zone. Only occasionally will you meet others, greet each other, or engage in friendly skirmishes. Supply drops are events that rally agents from various corners and fierce battles are fought over them. Afterwards, players disperse back into the vastness of this PvP area.

The Xbox agent harolddiaz87 has now captured a rare event in the video that shows nearly all players on a server at one location. According to the user, he and his buddies together made the Dark Zone unsafe in two squads. When they encountered other agents, however, they were not looking for trouble but rather casually joined them. Thus, the gathering of agents grew larger. At a pickup zone, everyone then gathered on the roof. See for yourself:
According to the user, the situation was tense the whole time, although some goofy clowns were making silly moves and behaving peacefully. At one point, allegedly, one tried to cut the rope. However, he failed and was quickly taken down by the gathered crowd.
