The upcoming MMO shooter The Division is set to receive a complete German localization.
In a small interview with a German fan site, the developers of The Division mentioned something about a German localization: It’s on track. They place a lot of value on details and are confident that the German localization will be fantastic.
However, a small disappointment for all zombie fans. The Division takes place in a post-apocalyptic world but feels connected to Tom Clancy and is therefore committed to authenticity. There will be no zombies or anything like that in this world.
Tom Clancy, for those who don’t know, was an American author closely associated with intelligence services and the military (and has a quite patriotic connection to the US). His novels often deal with power politics, crises, covert operations, the limits of diplomacy, World War scenarios, and threats, and certainly also with military solutions, but – it must be said – never about zombies.
