Today, on April 6th, the servers of The Division are down. Is anything changing during the maintenance?
Regular server maintenance for The Division takes place on Thursdays. Often, the developers deploy bug fixes during this downtime. However, this Thursday, work is only being done on the servers in the background:
- At 9:30 AM, the servers will go offline. The expected downtime is three hours, so you should be able to play again around 12:30 PM.
A changelog will not be provided. Therefore, the player experience should not change.
Tonight, we expect the live stream “State of the Game” around 5 PM. In it, Massive talks about the current state of The Division and gives an outlook on upcoming changes. We will report on this shortly.
A change that will occur in the future concerns the seeker mines. With the air detonation mod, these are far too strong.
