Today, on February 14th, the servers for The Division (PC, PS4, Xbox One) are temporarily down. Massive is fixing issues with server stability. There is something similar to a server maintenance, a server restart.
It seems that the motto among the Division developers currently is: Before Update 1.6 arrives, the servers should run stably.
Server Status for The Division
In the last few days, there have been severe complaints from the community regarding server stability. The lags have been terrible, making the game currently unenjoyable. Last Sunday, Massive already performed a restart of some game servers to tackle this annoying issue.
Today, on February 14th, they will restart the servers once more:
- At 11 AM, the servers will go offline. The estimated downtime is 30 minutes, so you can play again around 11:30 AM.
Hopefully, the servers will run more stably than before. Because after the last restart, some agents reported that no improvement was noticeable.
