In The Division, players are fighting against cheaters.
In the last days of the beta, it was the big topic: The PC version of The Division seems to be infested with cheaters. Apparently, there was no active anti-cheat program so some players were running around with extreme illegal advantages.
Initially, Massive had said: These are not classic cheats, but players are exploiting glitches that we will fix.
Now it sounds a bit different. They are aware of the “problems with cheaters” in the closed beta on PC, it is said. The team is completely committed to solving the issues. They promise: A system will be in place at the release of The Division on March 8th that guarantees a fair gaming experience for all.
